As a Designer in this team, you will get the chance to work closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to design, build, and enhance these systems and data products in our platform ecosystem in order to facilitate and maximize the effectiveness of data within the team.
Responsibilities
● Lead the design process for our platform products (mobile and web)
● Define the design guideline to cultivate consistency in the platform’s internal products and related services.
● Define the visual and interaction methods for the platform products to cultivate a better experience for the platform products and related services.
● Lead/participate in user and market research to produce product analysis and constructive improvement practices.
Requirements
● Bachelor degree or outstanding design skills
● At least 3-5 years in designing web / mobile products
● Design experience encompassing interaction design and visual design and how these elements impact product function
