I need a wordpress website design and the objective is to develop a property website. On the website there will be 2 types of users investors and agents. The agent will be to add a property listing and view it. The investors will be able to view the property added by the agent, reserve the property, and send a message to the admin. The investor will be able to check the value of the property through a valuation tool ie www.getagent.co.uk.

It will be a simple calculation and not too complex. The admin will be able to manage the whole website through the admin panel.

I would also like to pay weekly invoice costs to see the progress at each stage of the development and samples or portfolio of similar property websites that has been completed to a high design, navigation and function and experience of working on similar projects.
